I am looking for a professional or student roommate starting July 1st. Looking for someone who’s easygoing, respectful and clean. You will be living with me. I am easygoing, responsible and tidy.

The room is available as a short or long term rental (preferably long term but I’m quite flexible).

-Rent includes utilities and shared laundry on site.
-1 bathroom (shared) and room is unfurnished, only comes with bed
-Big windows which makes home super bright and beautiful especially in the summer!
-2 minute walk to #41 towards Oakridge Canada line/UBC and Joyce station. 5 minute walk to #43 rapid bus. 10 minute walk to #49 towards Metrotown or Langara
-House around restaurants, london drugs, vancity bank
-Tons of parking space out front
