HORSE BOARDING AVAILABLE near Campbell Valley Trails

2-3 SELF BOARD SPOTS AVAILABLE. A 5 acre small private farm located in South Surrey/Langley border, available NOW at 196th and 17th. In a quiet neighbourhood, just a quick ride through the back road off 20th to Campbell Valley Park trails.

$300 for a stall in the barn, paddock and field usage.
$275 for paddock and field.
Prices negotiable depending on what you need.
Trailer parking available for an additional cost.

Available:
-3 Stalls
-1 bigger Paddock (can put 2 horses in)
-1 smaller wired paddock
-1 large 4 acre field

You provide hay/feed. You supply all your own hay bags, and you fill your own bags. Shared grain/hay room storage is available. Morning feed can be fed by me for a minimal cost, Monday-Friday. (you just set your feed out in the feed room labeled with your horses name on it)

Locked heated tack room available, but minimal space. Space in front of your own barn stall can be arranged as long as your locker is not too big.

Outdoor all year sand arena, that will be harrowed often.

You clean your paddock or stall daily.

Would like to be able to put multiple horses in the huge field. So your horse must be ok with other horses. You turnout your own horse, or we can have horses stay in the field during the summer months. If horses don’t get along In the field we will alternate days in
