Ideal for students. the house has a yard, small back patio and bright open common spaces, galley kitchen with basic common use appliances and personal food storage space, and washer and dryer. No smoking inside, no pets, no couples. Rent is $600/month, utilities noninclusive, internet is additional but available. Room available as early as June 15th. The house is pretty quiet, all roommates work a different times of the day, experience living in such arrangements will be beneficial. We require a roommate who is obviously clean, open, respectful and understanding of others schedules. Employment is required and references requested when responding to ad.
