I am a registered clinical counsellor who works with children, youth, adults, and couples on a variety of different issues. I completed Master of Education in Counselling with City University of Seattle: Vancouver. My thesis focused on researching the interplay between family dynamics and recovery from Anorexia Nervosa. I have additional training in working with children and youth with learning disabilities or other school-based challenges.
I provide services from a client-centered perspective, incorporating techniques from narrative, solution-focused, motivational, mindfulness-based stress reduction.
In addition to individual or couples counselling, I also run groups aimed at a specific group or issue. These can be process groups, or psycho-educational groups targeting anxiety, eating disorders, general coping skills, etc… (Group Below Coming Soon!!)
