– Marked PAT. 6-2-91 6-23-96; would have been produced sometime after the last patent date of 1896

– ‘3’ impressed in wood above brass side plate

– Measures 24-5/16 inches long x 3-1/8 inch wide x 1-3/8 inches thick

It shows normal wear and tear from age and use, please check photos. The level bubbles both appear to be intact and functional.
