11. Large Room in International House by King Ed Skytrain

Hi there!
We have a spacious room in a beautiful large house available September 1st for $750 plus utilities and it is shared with a social gang! It is a very big house so we are looking for someone who is very clean and will help contribute with keeping the house clean. It’s a nice big house so we like to try to keep it maintained. We are a very nice mixed international group from all over the world! We are all internationals mainly from Europe. It is located 5 minutes to King Edward Skytrain Station and only 5 minutes from DT Vancouver. The house is less than a 5 minute walk from the Hillcrest Community Ctr (library, swimming pool, soccer field, ice skating, weight room, etc). The house is 10 min walk from Starbucks, Choices, and a lot of local eateries. The house has a great patio perfect for the summer days. The house is perfect for young professionals or students.
