Hi, I’m a UBC student. I offer dog sitting out of my North Delta home, minutes away from forest trails – meaning your dog will have a cozy couch, long walks, and 24/7 attention while you’re away.
I prioritize off-leash nature walks because they’re mentally stimulating, and loads of fun. I always allow dogs to swim, and stop to sniff as many times as they like. I have a vehicle. I regularly drive out to new parks so my dog can explore new terrain. Long walks are a necessity – my dog gets at least 2 hours of daily walks. Mental stimulation and physical exercise are key components for creating a happy dog.
I have a stick-obsessed 6-year-old neutered Cattle Dog, who loves companionship. Rocky is well-trained and calm. We practice positive reinforcement; food an play serve as rewards. Games such as treat hide-and-seek provide a great mental challenge. On rare occasions, I treat dogs to some tasty barbecue. I have cared for dogs of all breeds and sizes for years. I can provide a relaxing experience for your dog.
I have a digital camera. I am committed to sending you high-quality photos of your dog. I provide daily updates of your dog’s outings, and will communicate frequently with you.
My availability is flexible. Message me for more info!
