Parakeet needs rehoming!

We have a male parakeet who’s about a year old that needs rehoming as we can no longer properly care for him. We want someone who will take good care of him and make sure he gets time spent out of his cage. He has a toy that he is super attached to and will sit on your hand if you are holding that toy.
