About Me:
I have many years of experience in owning and caring for pets – dogs, cats, birds and others. I have been doing house and pet sitting through Trusted House Sitters and my reviews there can be found at the following link: https://bit.ly/ghpetcare-reviews
I have been involved in animal rescue, particularly greyhound and other sighthound rescues. Needless to say, I am an animal lover and in my youth have also rescued wild animals and birds.
I have owned and maintained a number of houses over the years and recently managed a major home renovation project. My experience includes managing some holiday homes in Cape Town, South Africa which involved preparing the houses for guests and maintaining the houses and property. I am capable of doing minor home maintenance tasks, provided that I have access to the necessary tools.
I am semi-retired.. My work gives me the freedom to house sit anywhere in the world as long as I have access to the internet. I am a non-smoker. I am active and enjoy outdoor activity and travel. I am divorced with 3 adult children and 9 grandchildren in 3 different continents and want the flexibility to visit them regularly.

House Sitting Dogs: I’m comfortable taking care of dogs of all sizes and breeds:
House Sitting Other Pets: I also house sit cats, birds (including geese, ducks and chickens) and fish.
Dog Walking: I’m also comfortable walking dogs of all sizes and breeds.
