Summer Sublet Garden Suite Commercial Drive

I am now looking for sublet for the any portion of the month of July and possibly august also.
The room available is medium sized and possibly has a bed if needed. Rent is $800 for the month or $425 for half the month.

Our home is located on a bike path street in the commercial drive neighbourhood with a park beside us and close to major bus routes.
This is an 850 square foot garden level suite with a porch and on site laundry, and recently renovated.

I would like to live with others who share in the practice and values of open, honest communication and live in a quiet, peaceful, tidy, clean home. If you are able to do your cleaning duty about once a week, clean up after yourself, and put things where they belong this pretty much covers it! Lets have a fun time and get to know each other!
