Seeking Live in nanny/housekeeper

compensation: 17 – 18 $ per hr.
Hello. We are a family of 3 with a well behaved 6 year old boy. We are seeking a live in nanny/housekeeper.
We will offer you a large bedroom in a the basement of our home (we live upstairs) .
You will have your own large master bedroom , storage Laundry and bathroom and private entrance. We live in a beautiful neighborhood and their is a bus stop directly infront. We can furnish the room for you if needed.
We require approximately 12 hours a week of childcare. Approx 3 days a week. No weekends. (Depending on what happens in September with school could be a bit more or a bit less.)
We also would like cleaning Done once a week. 3 to 4 hours.
Rent is $500 a month and will be deducted from your wages. $17 -$18 an hour Depending on experience.
References will he required and Previous Childcare experience a must!
We will pay Cash for this position. (Up to you to claim this with CRA)
Criminal record check will be required.
Foreign workers ok as long as you have a working visa.
Looking for September/October start.
