The shared area is a kitchen (with all dishes and utensils), bathroom, laundry, back, or front sundeck.
I am seeking a quiet, reliable, clean, student, or professional. No pets, (as a cat lives at this house already) NO smoking

2 references and an employer reference are mandatory. A police background check may be required.
