Please give me information about yourself when inquiring – your age, why you are moving, how long you are looking to stay, if you are working and/or a student…thank you! SINGLE PERSON ONLY!
Large – Furnished Bedroom for rent. Desk, Dresser, Bed, Bedside table, closet organizer, lamps. There is also a white furnished room with double bed if you prefer but only one is being rented out. Shared bathroom with a 15 year old but you have your own sink area and cupboard space.

The house is 3 floors – 6500 sf – in a beautiful upscale area with a big backyard, 2 large games rooms with a pool table, foosball table, air hockey, video games, TV, games table for puzzles, cards or board games , family room, living room, sitting area… Shared with a mother and 15 year old.

Looking for a quiet, non-smoking, clean, respectful, non partying student or on an internship.

We are 5 minute drive from SFU, bus stops are a 3 minute walk. Grocery store and pizza behind the house.

Rent includes: Heat, Hydro, Wifi, laundry facilities, use of kitchen.
