Room available in an epic home! Looking for a fun and friendly roommate to join our tribe. Preferably in 20’s or 30’s, no pets. Two living rooms, fully furnished home, hot tub, garden, fully stocked kitchen, patios, fireplaces(indoor and outdoor), 3 washrooms, laundry, BBQ, garage storage, lawn, and parking. Bus stop, corner store, grocery store, and restaurants nearby. Asking 800 utilities included. Help keep the place clean and we’ll stock the toilet paper, pool chems, paper towel etc. 🙂 Unfurnished room, able to provide some if needed.
