regarding children

A woman by the name of Maria Vargas and her daughter Samantha Vargas who reside at 8-1534 E 4th Ave have used many alienations tactics and many lies to separate children from their parents, in which they were successful for getting the children for over 2 months. The children have been in physical, emotional and psychological danger particularily with Maria V. for over 2 months, but her constant abilities to make lies have deceived many. She has used alienation tactics and lied to prevent the mom of the children from seeing the children and eventually having no contact at all. She continues to try and gain guardianship of children who are not hers. These children have been damaged by her tactics. She has starved a child to try and blame the result on the mom as well as try to frame the mom for an injury of a child in which Maria V. was responsible for. Maria V has continued to try and cause damage to the parent and the children. Any suggestions would be appreciated
