– Fast food in area (Subway, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, uncle Fatihs)
– A/C Room for your comfort!
– Industry Standard program (Pro Tools) [Fruity loops + Logic Pro X + Maschine…if you’re a producer]
– Yamaha HS8s for monitors +Subwoofer & Apollo MKII for audio interface
– Vocal booth (at this time we are only able to record vocals only)

Hourly rate: $60 (with engineer)
Mix + Master: $120 (per track) [Unlimited Revisions]
