Professional accent reduction/modification service

Hello!

I am a Montreal based speech-language pathologist. My partner and I are in the process of starting an online accent modification service.

Before we go live, we would like to trial our program with someone for feedback and to test our program. We both recently completed certification as PESL (Pronunciation of English as a Second Language) instructors.

Accent modification is meant for people whose accent interferes with their ability to communicate and/or be understood. This could be at work, at home, at school, or in any scenario where you need to be understood.

Typically, professional accent modification services go for around $125 or more *per hour* from speech-language pathologists. As we are trialing our service, we would like to offer our service on a pay-what-you-can model.

The program consists of: an initial screening call (~15 minutes), an assessment (~30-45 minutes), 13 1-hour sessions, and daily homework exercises. In some cases, the program can be done in a shorter amount of time. In other cases, it may take longer.

This is a professional service, and if you commit to the program, you will improve your ability to communicate and be understood.

Given the current pandemic, all sessions will be done online at a time that is convenient for you.
