How does this all work?

1. We’ll meet or talk over the phone/whatever works best for you for a no cost, no oblig¬a¬tion con¬sul¬ta¬tion: We’ll discuss your needs & culinary pref¬er¬ences. We can go over any dietary require¬ments, food allergies, etc. We’ll chat about the different service plans, and you can choose which one that works best for you and your party.

2. Menu Planning: Based on your requirements and our earlier conversation, I will send you some menu ideas for you to choose from.

3. I’ll Do All The Shopping: A day or two prior to the event, I’ll shop for the freshest
ingre¬di¬ents available from the best that the greater Victoria grocers & shops have
to offer.

4. Dinner Parties/ Special Occasions: Whether a romantic dinner for two, a casual cocktail or private party, I can provide what you’re looking for.

5. Underground Restaurant: (Special occasions) I can host your dinner party in my home. Minimum of 2 with a maximum of 8 – my dining room would be well suited for a private culinary experience. (Details can be discussed)
