ONLINE PAID YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM- RICHMOND BC

We help youth between ages 15-30 who are Canadian citizens, PR or refugee status and have never joined any Skills Link program like ours before, to overcome barriers in employment and/or education by offering employment counseling services in addition to employability and essential skills workshops (via Zoom).

We offer various financial supports to overcome employment barriers such as transit fares, work clothes etc. Not only are our services FREE but we actually pay our clients for the time they spend with us or on their own for job search (approvals required from the Employment Counsellor for extra work done)! There is also up to $600 incentives for completing the 2 phases of the program (training and work experience/placement). We also have wage subsidies for employers to help clients gain experience as well.
