My name is Ross, and I am looking for a new roommate. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is on the second floor. One bedroom is available from July 1st, 2020 for $620. I am looking roommate for minimum 6 months. There are some furniture in the bedroom. The building is extremely close to SkyTrain and Metrotown; therefore, you will be able to go to BCIT, Douglas College, Downtown etc. very fast. Hot water, Heating, Electricity, Internet are included. Washing machines are on the first floor. No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties!
