LIKE NEW – Living room & Dining room

1. Dining table & 6 chairs:
The condition of the chairs is mint as they still have their plastic cover on the seating. Evidently they have barely been used. This is the case with the dining table as well. The chairs and dining table have both been used only for a cousin holiday dinners and never again.

2. Marble entrance table:
The marble entrance table has only had the decor pieces on it. It has never been used for anything other than that. The condition of this table is mint as well.

3. Square marble coffee table:
This has barely been used as well!

4. 2 end marble tables:
Only been used for pictures and lamp. Nothing else has ever been placed on these.

5. 3-piece sofa set, including 7 pillows:
This has only been used a handful of times. Leather has no damage or scratches.

Condition of furniture is 9.5/10. It has been only used a handful of times so it is in mint condition.

The dining chairs still have their plastic cover on the seats so it is evident how much they have been used. The table has only been used a couple times during the holiday season as the main kitchen table has been used.

We are moving into a new home so the furniture will not work as the colour scheme in the house is whites/greys.
