We have a furnished room available for May 1st. The room comes with a bunk-bed, desk and a drawer. The washroom will be shared with me.
This unit is best place for students. I hope that the potential roommate should be clean, friendly and respectful.
Canadian Superstore is only a couple of minutes away. The bus stop is just 5 sec.
Internet and utilities are all included. We could share the expenses of general household items (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) or you can buy your own.

*1/2 month rent deposit will be required.
*This is a month to month agreement
