Hi there:)! I’m renting a large furnished bedroom and private bathroom with shower/bath in my two bedroom apartment in gorgeous South Granville. Your room is large and the apartment is very bright and cozy. There is a safe and relaxed neighbourhood vibe, yet it’s only a 3 minute drive to busy downtown (and also on a major bus route). Mere seconds to all the South Granville amenities such as Meinhardt’s grocery store, hip coffee shops, cool retail, restaurants and lounges and a short walk to yoga studio’s, gyms etc.

There are laundry facilities in the building and rent includes wifi and utilities. Other amenities include dishwasher, kitchen and bedding necessities, fresh towels etc.
Your bedroom is large and contains a large built-in armoire, dresser, bedside table, desk and chair and a comfy queen sized bed.
Any guests would use your bathroom, so it should kept clean at all times:)

This room is ideal for someone quiet, who has full time employment and doesn’t work from home. Standard 50% damage deposit required. Sorry no pets.
Near VGH, Granville Island, Kits Beach and the B-line to UBC and Commercial Drive.
