A large fully furnished basement suite with private entrance is available for rent immediately. This suite is available to rent only to ONE person! The rent is $600 per two weeks or $1150.00 per month (half a rent security deposit) including heat, wifi, water, and electricity. Laundry is not included and there are two public laundromats within walking distance to this house.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Royal Oak skytrain station, bus station and also within walking distance to Metrotown shopping center, superstore, restaurants, coffee shops and food court.

Ideal for someone who does not like cooking (light cooking is ok). Minimum two month rent or longer and we prefer either a working person or a student.

Absolutely no smoking inside or around the house.
