Extremely Rare Pure White Khao Manee Cat – 1-year old.

I have Pure White Cat for sale. He is only 14 months old. Only 0.1% of cats in the world are like him. Extremely Rare! Google Khao Manee. He’s also very small but a handsome little boy.

Neutered of course and up to date on all shots, dewormed etc. and checked just 1 month ago.

Coconuts Does have a Brother. However, I am absolutely devastated but my strata will only allow me to have 1 cat or 1 dog. I’ve been fined twice already and I have to give him up.

These cats have been my life since they were kittens and have been BABIED, with the highest grade food, toys and lifestyle. Half of the toys and a letterbox can go with you.

MUST HAVES TO ADOPT:
1) A nice , Calm home. Ideally a single or couple. He is the sweetest , kindest cat I have ever come across in my entire life. Never once has he once swatted at me or hissed, and I am confident, that he never will, ever. If anything, he is scared of you a little.
That being said, young Kids I would say NO to. He dosen’t like any sudden, unfamiliar movements or sounds or random people other than you and I just know they wouldn’t do well with young children.
2) Property – that he can roam around freely on. ( One thing I could never offer them, which they deserve as a young boy) He must be indoor / outdoor , happy cat.
3) Very Friendly Dogs or Cats should be ok.. It would be nice to see him play with and have the company of another pet.
4) He LOVES to cuddle and and is VERY well behaved and so kind. He is on a regular schedule – sleeps with me every night until 2-3am and plays until 11am and sleep all day and does it all over again.
This breaks my heart even writing this ad. The tears are falling. So please re-read carefully what the requirements are for you to be considered adopting them. There will be no exceptions. They must go to the perfect home.

Coconuts could be sold for $6000+ easily because of his rarity. (see attached) But I am willing to let him go for $1900 to the right home as I am short on time.
