If you are not dropping off your equipment in-store, e-mail us for shipping instructions
Drop off your equipment (we can also pick up your equipment, for a small convenience fee depending on location)
Depending on the case and the availability of our technicians, same day service might be available
We aim to diagnose your issue within 24 hours and will get back to you regarding cost and time to complete
Once you give us the green light, we will proceed with the service
Your equipment is good to go
We will contact you to pick up your equipment (drop off available; see step 2)
