I AM JUST LIKE YOU, a great children’s book, is written by a local Canadian author, Kelly Scrivener, demonstrating to little ones that even if they might appear different in some way, they are ‘just like you’. A great book to understand children with Autism or a child that might to have to use a wheelchair. Wonderful to demonstrate, by example, that we are all the same and to promote discussions of acceptance, kindness and understanding of others. Be sure to visit Amazon, Indigo, etc. online or stop in at any bookstore where you wish to purchase. They will bring it in for you. It is a wonderful book and has great reviews!
