New, modern, bright, high ceilings, private entrance, your own garden space, (if you want).
We love this suite!
Ambient heat from 8″ insulated polished cement floors, double drywall on the ceiling for great noise cancellation, bright white walls and artistic nooks and shelving.
2 bedrooms, one is a little smaller- sweet office, art studio/craft space, kids room or twin bed.
Open concept, South facing suite with good light, windows and double sills in every room.
We have done our best to insulate for sounds, as a family of 4 focused on a creative, outdoor fun life we are human. But, we care about your happiness, and try to be respectful of sound, I’d say we’re not really noticeable most of the time. (according to our awesome current tenants!)
Looking for an employed, trustworthy person(s), pets possible if we meet them and agree, we have 2 old cats, and get it. No fur babies left behind! No smoking, non partier, (friends over for dinner, no problem), respectable, easy going, relatable, and long term prefered.

You have your own hot water tank & electricity, utilities are not included. (The whole house is brand new so it’s super efficient, the utilities are low- like $30/40 summer, $50-70 winter double occupancy).
Full kitchen, full bathroom, D/W, and laundry with private entrance & a small storage room for you.
