Looking for one awesome female roommate (preferably in their 20s) for the unfurnished second bedroom in a two bedroom Garden Suite in Kitsilano. The room will be available June 1st and the lease will be for a minimum of 6 months (with the possibility to extend)

– Rent is $850 (includes utilities and access to a washer+dryer)
– Living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared
– In an amazing location off of Broadway and MacDonald – 2 minute walk to the number 2 bus, 4 minute walk to West 4th Ave, 6 minute walk to the 99 bus, 15 minute walk to Kits Beach, close to tons of great restaurants+coffee shops+grocery stores
– Damage deposit will be half of the month’s rent
– No smoking, drugs or pets

About Me
– 26 year-old currently working from home due to Covid. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, baking and watching the shows (‘reality’ shows on Netflix and TLC shows come to mind) we all hate to admit we love.
