An excellent room for rent with a 3 piece shower washroom available now. Has its own entrance from the outside. Has a small fridge and a hot plate to use. The room is in North Surrey around 121 St and 101 B Ave. Perfect for one person only. Since the room is next to the kitchen, we are looking for a quiet person preferably someone quieter over 50. The rent is $400 a month including everything heat, water, and wifi. Sorry no pets, drugs, smoking, drinking, or partying inside the premises. And sorry no laundry available.
