This room has is furnished with a range of resources as well as a Creative studio house for the in house producer. Ideal candidates for this room are looking for a multipurpose space from creatice writting, to startup, student, or someone that needs a small room on a day to day or week to week or month to month basis, I’m open and flexible. This option is a room within my condo that you’re renting for various live in use. As my space is furnished I do not allow move in to the space unless you’re able to pay more in and move out fee as well as open to swap furniture. Check out of the space is at 10:30am but guests have been known to book it out for multiple days and weeks. While you are in a shared space with others, this is a 420 friendly space that comes with Amini ties like Hydro, Internet, Washer, Dryer, Dishwashers etc. I have had two people share the space before but I do charge more and prefer one person. If you have a business and want to rent it under your business I’ve also had that as startups have used it and students have also found it workable. It’s connected to the kitchen so there’s convenience. As I used my space run my creative studio, there are a range of people that come in and out for business of which the ideal candidate would be a people person but can fit in to my professional space. While I’ve seen a range of people within my coliving business, hoping to find someone new that leverages my space to advance their own journey. Viewing can be providing if you’re interested. While I charge cleaning fees etc on other platforms, my goal is meeting someone able to engage directly who this option works well with and is a bit more consistent than the short term that book for one day, or three days etc able to give up to 3 months if successful guest stays up to a week in the room and follows house rules while being able to get along and respect with me, other guests and any visitors in my space.
