I’m looking for a roommate for my downtown fully furnished apartment. The apartment is on Harwood street, very close to transit and downtown amenities. I’m very clean and quiet and respectful of other people’s space and property. I’m looking for someone who is of a similar mindset. We’ll be splitting utilities 50/50 on-top of the rent, and if you don’t want the bed in the bedroom, we can remove it. The apartment is south facing and all rooms have ocean views!
