Job Description:Hello Everyone, We are looking for Web Developer in Brunaby,BC Canada Job Title: Web Developer/ Location: Burnaby, BC Canada Duration: 8 months with extension Services Required:  Website Redevelopment Project Phases and Deliverables: The website redevelopment project will comprise of the following phases and associated tasks/deliverables: I. Discovery & Information Gathering  Tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to: a) Client discovery meeting(s) b) Gathering information and project planning (website goals, purpose and target audience needs), including a review of the 2019 GreenCare Needs Assessment reports and data c) Current website audit Note: Much of this work has already been completed through the “GreenCare Needs Assessment Project”, completed October 2019. This report can be provided upon request and it is expected that the vendor utilize the findings from this report to inform their work and approaches to remaining phases. II. Site Planning Tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to: a) Site map and wire frame creation b) UX planning c) Review internal communications security guidelines and best practices III. Visual Design Development Tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to: a) Theming b) Presentation of information structure and visual design content c) Layout review Note: The budget is inclusive of all graphic elements. IV. Content Writing & Assembly Tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to: a) Copywriting – Original content creation for certain elements of the new website b) Migration and compilation of existing content to new website c) Analytics integration and SEO tools   Note: The GreenCare team employs change management tools and would like to see elements of this incorporated into the copy. The vendor should have experience writing persuasive copy, creating user mapping and journeys, segmenting editorial for distinct audiences, and an ability to execute this level of thinking in both the copy and content design.   V. Coding, Testing, Training & Review: Tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to: a) CMS integration b) CRM integration c) Framework design d) User testing e) Quality assurance a) Staff WordPress and Google Analytics training   VI.
