Wanted: Study: newcomers to Canada in the gig or platform economy

(With stipend provided) Do you work on platforms such as Uber, Lyft, Doordash, TaskRabbit (or others)?

Are you an immigrant living in Canada for over 1 year, who has been working in the platform economy for at least 6 months? Did you arrive in Canada when you were 22 years or over?

This study aimed at studying growth in non-standard working arrangements – We want to hear about your experience working in the platform economy through a phone interview of 30 mins. – with a honorarium for your time. This study has been reviewed and approved by the Ryerson REB (REB 2019-063). Please respond if interested.
