Are you working in the hospitality industry (e.g., restaurant, cafe, coffee shop)?

We are looking for people employed in the hospitality industry to participate in a research study. Take an online 10-minute survey and have a chance to to win 1 of 5 $100 gift cards.

The survey is about people’s reactions to customer interactions. It will present a hypothetical scenario of a customer-server interaction, and participants will be asked to answer questions pertaining to the scenario.
