Daycare corporation is looking for commercial space for group childcare. The average usable square footage needed per child is 40 sq.f; therefore, the minimum space required (for up to 25 children) is 1000 Sq.f.

Outdoor play area: Either of the following works:
1- Arrached to the building
2- Nearby park (max 5 minutes walk)
3- Possibility of building an artificial grass playground.
