String Quartet- musicians available for special events

Are you looking to add some beautiful live music and a touch of class to your wedding, corporate reception, holiday party, or other special event?

We are a string quartet: 2 violins, viola & cello– available to provide music for your special event in the Lower Mainland (and beyond). We are experienced, professional musicians with university music degrees, and a passion for creating music. We have been together as a quartet since 2004, and have performed for hundreds of special occasions, including wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries, memorial services, garden parties, gallery openings, and more. We have a very large repertoire, including popular classical & baroque music, selections from operas & musicals, some jazz standards, holiday/Christmas music, some classic rock arrangements, and more.

Our core ensemble is the string quartet. Most of our music repertoire is arranged specifically for this ensemble, and we highly recommend the full quartet for best results. We do play sometimes also as a trio, or as a duo– please inquire for more details. We are also available to play as a string trio plus trumpet– a great option to consider for larger or outdoor wedding ceremonies.
