The rental is a shared room in a 3 bedroom apartment with secured entrance.You will be sharing the common areas with 3 others girls (Indian).
The apartment is on 2nd floor with a beautiful moutain view from the balcony. A lot of storage space in the living area for extra storage. There is a dishwasher and oven in the kitchen. The laundry is available in the building with big washers and dryers. ($3)
In terms of location- Bus stop is just 2 mints walk away (R5, 144 metrotown, 160) with great services. There is a town pantry nearby. other amenities such as restaurant, Starbucks, saloon , shoppers drug Mart, safeway, tim hortons, gym, etc are just 1 stop away.
Great for students (SFU/Capilano).
we are looking for someone to shift in asap to share the room with another indian student in $400. we share wifi and electricity bill which is around 20-30 for two months. (10-13$ each)
Agreement/ lease period can be discussed further.
