A. Yes, everything is brand new unopened direct from the Canadian distributor.

Q. Where are you located and is there local pick up?

A. We are located at 341 Westvale Dr. Waterloo, ON N2T 2M2.  We offer local pickups every Wednesday from 11:30AM to 6:00PM.  Please place your orders on our website with “pickup from store” selected as the shipping option.  Your orders needs to placed before Tuesday night so we can have it ready for you for the Wednesday.  We are located at 341 Westvale Dr.  Waterloo, ON N2T2M2.  

Q. Are you legit?

A. Yes, we are a legitimate register business and we can provide you with our business registration number if you want. That is why unfortunately we have to collect taxes on your order as well. With that being said this is a hobby of ours. We are not out to make a huge profit during our downtime from other primary income businesses H2O Sporting Products www.h2osporting.com and Giggle Life Baby Products www.gigglelife.com.
