Roomie Wanted! Great location at Kits Beach

Hi There,
This is the worst time to look for a roommate, but unfortunately with the pandemic situation my roomie decided to move back home overseas which leaves me looking for a new roomie.

The apartment is in an AMAZING location right across from Kits Beach.
You can walk downtown or take a bus there in 5 minutes. It’s also really easy to get to UBC from here.
It’s a 3 bedroom apartment.
You would be sharing with a responsible 29 yo female from Germany who works full time.
Very neat and tidy at home and participate in a lot of outdoors activities and sports when not at work. A very reliable and easy going roommate. There is a 3rd roomie that works out of town and isn’t really around much, so you’d really only be sharing with one person full time.

The apartment itself is large, but the room is on the smaller side. It has two windows on each wall which is nice and can come with a bed!

Rent is $900/month and includes internet, cable and utilities.

Looking for a non-smoker, no pets and no couples please. Ideally looking for someone who can commit to at least one year.
