Room Wanted

Looking for a room to rent for one person from 12th August . I’m 29 yo guy from Czech republic. I am responsible, pay my rent and any bills on time and I’m clean and tidy. I mostly keep to myself and a quite housemate but don’t mind a drink or two. Working as arborist in Ladner. Looking for some quite place.
