I am wanting to take over my friends lease to a beautiful walk up apartment ASAP.

I originally was going to move in with a friend, who had to leave back to Australia, due to being laid off. The completely furnished apartment will include all utilities, a parking spot, cooking equipment, TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, BBQ, massive farmhouse table, beautiful pallet beds and more!

About the Apartment:

The apartment is one of four in a large home and the suite is a two-level, two bathrooms, and two bedroom corner unit. Complete with a small backyard and upper patio with BBQ. You will need to pay $1100 + utilities ~75-100

Ideally looking for a single female roommate who is chill and respectful.

Perfect for those who like a quieter lifestyle, away from the hustle of the city. Very close to main st, broadway and Cambie st. Also about a 7min walk to the Broadway/City hall Canada Line Station. Happy to share more photos or set up a viewing!
