Looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my apartment located on 13th and Granville for June 1st. I’m a 30 year old easy going, and chill single working professional (tech industry) that generally works from home in the mornings and is gone for the rest of the day.

The apartment is only half a block from Granville street. Easy access to bus routes on Granville (30 second walk), or Broadway (5 minute walk). There’s a few places for groceries within a 2 minute walk. Super quiet neighbourhood and building. Close access to bike routes. Permit parking on 13th, OR a parking spot is available for $50 a month. Room can come WITH or WITHOUT the bed.

Coin operated laundry right across the hall from the unit. You would also have access to a small storage locker (no charge). Suite has a separate side entrance as well as the entrance from the main door.

Hoping to find someone (couples ok) longterm, but I’m not opposed to short term.
