Room for rent

My roommate and I are looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom apartment located in Burnaby for $740 a month including wifi. 7 minute walk from burquitlam sky train station, also by burquitlam sky train station there’s a Safeway, dollarama and other shops. We are also a 9 minute drive from SFU Burnaby compass, good location for a student. There’s street parking available and laundry available.
My roommate and I both work overnight shift and I also have a second job as a casual so I’ll likely be working a lot. We are really chill people, I like to play video games, sing and play my guitar.
