Great location for a working professional or student studying at Simon Fraser University, or BCIT. Also an easy commute to downtown Vancouver. Must be conscientious of good health and hygiene practices as sharing with health care professional.

Our home boasts a beautiful kitchen featuring Kitchenaid appliances, 2.5 bathrooms, new front loading washer and dryer, gas fireplace, and a covered deck with a peek-a-boo mountain view. We also enjoy our friendly black lab Otis, the house mascot.
