This is a shared accommodation for the house in very quiet part of White Rock, 5 blocks from the beach and very close proximity to public transit (one block walk), 2 min drive to Hwy99, 5 min drive to US border and 5 min drive to all major shops.

Currently have one room available. The rent is $750 and includes the utilities, laundry and internet/ Telus Pik TV.

The shared area of the house is fully furnished and equipped kitchen, living room, dinning room, bathroom, laundry, exercise room, balcony and the quiet patio outside. Parking is on the street in front of the house.

The private room is on the main floor of the house, It is unfurnished and ready for your own room furniture. It has a standard size closet with closed organizer . it has a carpet floor and windows which are facing west and a super quiet local road.

Sharing the house with mature and quiet, clean, honest, trustworthy, flexible, non-smoking and working professionals with no kids and no pets.

Looking for similar type persons who will respect the integrity and privacy of other persons, and fully participate in cleaning and maintaining the house.
