We are 4 young working adults currently sharing a house and looking for a new roommate to join our household!
The room had plenty of sunlight and big windows. It comes furnished with a table, chair, single bed and limited closet space. The house is equipped with a lounge, kitchen, onsite laundry and 2 washrooms. Feel free to use any appliances in the kitchen and tv in the lounge.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to royal oak skytrain, 2 mins to denny’s, assi supermarket, wholesale club, dollarama, liquor store etc and 1 minute to little caesar, white spot, gas station, Steve nash etc.
