Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and built-in closets/drawers. Bathroom (4-piece with tub) and hall were recently tiled. There is a large amount of storage under the stairs (in suite). The rear yard is shared with other renter in the house and there is an onsite coin-operated laundry.
The suite is 1 km to the Canada Line and 5 blocks to Langara College and is on a bus line to UBC (about 25 minutes) and downtown, around 30-35 minutes.
