Apollo Mfg is a leader in the production of mobile kitchen & merchandise applications for the street vending industry. Unlike other manufacturers who claim to have twenty plus years experience, Apollo has been in business and manufacturing food trucks , trailers and carts since 2000 . As one of the leading manufacturers we have built over 500 custom carts and approx. 200 trucks and trailers over the past twenty years. Apollo has supplied mobile kitchens all through North America and overseas so we are experienced in dealing with customs and shipping to other countries. We have 12 full time skilled staff working out of a 12,000 sq ft facility. All fabrication is done in house which allows us to customize your kitchen specifics. We do not use prefab products in our builds but instead each cabinet – counter or shelf is custom built to suit both the truck itself and the particular layout. Also unlike other manufacturers there is no wood used in the walls, ceiling or cabinets of an Apollo build. All parts are fabricated from stainless steel and aluminium. We also work with licensed contractors to ensure we are kept current and meet all new gas, electrical and health codes.
