This includes, but not limited to:   Work closely with Aviso IT department with respect to Broadridge Review and discuss escalated issues related to Broadridge performance, e.g Mbatch Review Dataphile application release and work with Aviso Business units on these releases Manage day to day issues from Aviso Business Units with respect to the Dataphile Application Manage HLEs, DMRs and any special projects (including conversions) relating to the Dataphile Application Address regulatory, risk and audit requirement issues Responsible for managing Broadridges online BR Track Application  Internal Responsibilities Manage and own delivery of Dataphile application in collaboration with Aviso Business Units Working Relationships are project specific, but generally deals with all department heads and business unit owners. External vendors that rely on Dataphile data Responsible for the User profile configuration for the Dataphile Application closely working with Aviso System Support Responsible for managing all configurations for the Dataphile Application Works with third party vendors with respect to data coming from the Dataphile Application  Success Factors Percentage of projects delivered within delivery time Percentage of projects delivered within budget Number of projects completed within the fiscal year Number of completed projects/activities which support the corporate and/or operational results Corporate strategic results Operational inefficiencies Staff engagement  Requirements Your experience and skills:   Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field 5 years in financial services including brokerage operations and trading 3 years working knowledge using Dataphile application 3 years working knowledge of the brokerage system Software: MS Office suite, MS Visio, SQL/Oracle database query Working knowledge of project management tools including Confluence, JIRA & SmartSheet  Benefits At Aviso, youll find a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture that rewards innovation and celebrates success.
